The story behind G22 Engineering
My name is Gaspar George and I am the founder of G22 Engineering. The story of this project started from a deep passion for engineering, motorsport and technological innovation. With over 7 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing and testing, I have worked in renowned companies in the industry and been part of top motorsport teams — including competitions such as Drift Masters, Drift Kings and Ro Drift.
The idea of G22 Engineering was born from the desire to create a space where technical vision meets fast action. We saw how difficult it is, especially for small and medium-sized companies, to find flexible partners who can provide fast, precise solutions adapted to real needs. That's how G22 was born: a modern technical office, capable of transforming an idea into a functional product — from 3D scanning and CAD design, to testing, documentation and prototyping.
Through G22 Engineering, I aim to offer not only engineering services, but also a genuine partnership, based on trust, performance and speed of reaction. For me, every project is an opportunity to build something valuable — together.

Between January and June 2025 I was a team manager at West Coast Rewind, an Australian company specialized in the manufacture of high-performance electric motors for the mining sector. I coordinated a team of technicians and assemblers, supervising the production, testing and delivery processes, in an environment with extremely rigorous technical and safety standards. This experience gave me a valuable insight into the requirements of the mining industry and helped me develop my technical management skills in an international context.
Between May 2022 and December 2024, I worked at ATP Trucks, where I held the role of Assembly Department Manager and later R&D Manager. During this period, I coordinated truck production, process optimization and productivity tracking. I was directly involved in the development of complex projects such as tipper semi-trailers, 12 cubic meter mixers and electric buses, and among the key achievements is the contribution to the commissioning of a modern, semi-automated production hall.
Between 2018 and 2022, I worked as a mechanical design engineer at SC Energom SRL, where I was involved in design, production optimization and technical documentation development. During this period, I collaborated directly with renowned clients such as Michelin, Bobst and Vrancart, gaining solid experience in complex industrial projects.
